T-Minus 1 Day & Counting – What’s Next?

So now that I’m a couple of days away from release what happens next? What happens after my baby hits the virtual shelves. To be honest – it will be business as usual or life as usual.

I don’t think I’ll feel any different on Monday than I do today. Oh trust I’ll be feeling excited and happy, but essentially I’ll still be the same. I’ll still be a wife, mother, friend, employee, volunteer. Monday I’ll still be doing the school run, working, washing all the exciting stuff that is my life. Nothing physical will change it will mainly be emotional.

I’m now thinking more of myself as an author. I’ll talk about my book and hand out postcards of my cover. That was the biggest adjustment I had to make – think of myself as an author and plug my book!
