And Yes, I’m Still Here

I’m sure those that follow my blog would’ve thought I’d forgotten all about my blog. I haven’t I’ve just had trouble keeping up with everything that I want to do. Of course I’m still struggling to get into a good routine. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t.

On the weekend I had my first engagement as a published author. I sat on a panel at the Houston Writers Guild Conference with fellow authors, Shana Galen and Shauna Allen. Our panel was on “Social Media” and one of the things we discussed was blogging. I freely admitted that I was a bit slack on blogging and I vowed I would become a better blogger.

So here I am blogging. The Social Media panel was a great experience. It was a lot of fun and my fellow panelists were fabulous to work with. The people that attended the conference were great and they had some really good questions for us.

It was a lot of fun to be involved in and I can’t wait for the next opportunity I have to be part of a panel.
