Review Tuesday – Kiss Me Katie by Monica Tillery

Today I’m reviewing a brand new author and great friend – Monica Tillery. Her debut book “Kiss Me Katie” released yesterday. Have you got it yet? You should! Right here at Amazon! Anyway here’s my review!

Kiss Me Katie is the debut novel for author Monica Tillery.

It’s the story about a girl whose whole life has been focussed on her band and their successes. When they get the opportunity to open for famous Country Music Star Blake Jackson she and her bandmates think this is the start of something big. It is – but not for the bad, more for Katie.

Katie meets Blake and is immediately struck by how down to earth he is and how he makes her feel special. Blake feels the same he sees something in Katie that he hasn’t seen in a woman before. The fact that she is a talented musician appeals to him too.

As their romance progresses Katie feels torn between spending time with her Band or spending time with Blake.

This is a nicely written sweet romance. The first kiss had me sighing and the end scene was one out of fairy tales.

If you’re looking for a nice, easy read then this is the one for you.
